My husband, Michael and I were referred to Darryl Oumi by our Realtor. After our first phone call with Darryl, we understood why she enjoys working with him so much. My husband and I can not express how lucky we were to have the team behind us that showed us patience, kindness and support through out our home buying experience. Darryl takes the loan process and brakes it down for first time home buyers (like us) to feel comfortable and knowledgeable- and yes, he will answer your 10 millionth question with the same professionalism and care as when you ask the first. Purchasing our first home and working with Darryl every step of the way has been a truly fantastic experience. If you're buying a home and need a lender, look no further- He's the best.

Nelson and his team have always been very responsive and helpful with my mortgage and refinance needs. He and his team always gave me great advice on when to refinance and gave my helpful hints on pre-approval for mortgages. The gang at Primary Residential Mortgage cut $400 off my existing monthly mortgage payment. They go above and beyond the call of duty, working late hours to accommodate my busy work schedule. Not only do we 'talk story' through the whole process, but they even gave me a goodie bag at closing! I will always use Nelson and the gang for all my mortgage and refinance needs.
