I recently purchased my first home in December of 2013 in Honolulu, HI. It took a while to find the right place, but once I identified the place I wanted, I had to decide who to close my loan with. I shopped around and met with a number of different people from different companies. For the most part, everyone I met with had similar rates. I ultimately decided to go with Justin Matsukawa becuase it was clear that he my best intrest in mind. He gave me all my options and made sure I understood everything that was going on. At that point, I knew I had made the right decision on who to go with. The hardest part is finding someone you can trust, especially if you are a first time homebuyer. The process was stress free and I had no doubt that they were going to close early. Even after everytihng closed, Justin checked in with me on a regular basis to make sure everything was ok. He truly cares about the people he works with and will no doubt help you make the best decision. He is extremely professional, honest, knowledgable, and simply a great person in general. I would highly recommend Justin to anyone looking for an efficient loan officer who is trustworthy and always puts his clients first. He'll make you feel very comfortable and is extremely easy to talk to.
