Nelson and his team have always been very responsive and helpful with my mortgage and refinance needs. He and his team always gave me great advice on when to refinance and gave my helpful hints on pre-approval for mortgages. The gang at Primary Residential Mortgage cut $400 off my existing monthly mortgage payment. They go above and beyond the call of duty, working late hours to accommodate my busy work schedule.
