We would have like to have had a more engaging experience with the loan documents. It was a little cumbersome trying to figure out and navigate through all the documents. We were tasked to print out all pages which was alot and fill out on our own. We were first timers and it got a little confusing.

There wasn't a sufficient amount of communication through the entire process. We weren't provided enough instructions or any explanation on what our final steps were. Confusion during closing. Unfortunately, it wasn't a good first experience.
