I was a first time home buyer, which basically says I had thousands of questions. E-mail worked best for me, and my schedule was very tight. Melissa was the best! I sent her an e-mail with about 20 questions regarding the loan application packet; she responded to every single one. She thoroughly explained every step of the process, answered more questions, extremely patient and kind, very professional! She was able to delivery and pick up packets, due to my tight schedule. We first met Keith while trying to help a close family member purchase a home. Keith worked very hard and researched every possible angle to help us qualify for the loan.
