Melissa goes above and beyond to make sure you are well informed of every step of the process. Although at times it became overwhelming she always made sure she was there at ANYTIME to answer any questions that we had. She is very patient, pleasant and above all I know she REALLY loves what she does and truly cares about her clients. I would recommend Melissa to anyone who is planning to purchase a home. We used PRMI Hawaii twice so far for two separate real estate purchases (one in 2011 and one in 2017). We worked with Nelson and Lorelei, both were excellent. No time was too late, no question too crazy. Both times we presented a challenging financial scenario, and both times with their knowledge, we were able to utilize programs or financing that made sense.
