I was a first time home buyer, which basically says I had thousands of questions. E-mail worked best for me, and my schedule was very tight. Melissa was the best! I sent her an e-mail with about 20 questions regarding the loan application packet; she responded to every single one. She thoroughly explained every step of the process, answered more questions, extremely patient and kind, very professional! She was able to delivery and pick up packets, due to my tight schedule. Very thankful I had Melissa and the team at InterTrust Mortgage to help with my first home!!!

My experience with Jared -- He is very up-to-date with every single detail related to mortgage, he constantly updates us with the current market trend, interest rates, and all the other details that goes along with the refinance transaction. Very impressive with the way he handled the consolidation of our two mortgages and the closing portion was done smoothly without any loops and glitches. We first met Keith while trying to help a close family member purchase a home. Keith worked very hard and researched every possible angle to help us qualify for the loan. After many conversations, questions and answers, he put the numbers together and we found that we couldn’t qualify. Later, my husband and I decided to apply for a refinance on our own apartment. Because Keith had already started the process of qualifying us it didn’t take him long to complete our process. He made sure that every detail was in place, not only by anticipating the questions of the underwriters, but he also did everything possible to lessen any delay. We learned so much from him and he showed us options we never would have known about. Whether it was day or night; text, email, or phone calls, Keith’s communication with us was always prompt and professional. He made sure we understood each document we signed, he was very patient. This was our second refinance experience. He sets the bar so high that it would be hard to imagine working with anyone else. We contacted Keith each time we wanted to refi or apply for a HELOC. Keith successfully found the best loan for us and provided the best service from the beginning of the application to the closing of the loan.
