We used PRMI Hawaii twice so far for two separate real estate purchases (one in 2011 and one in 2017). We worked with Nelson and Lorelei, both were excellent. No time was too late, no question too crazy. Both times we presented a challenging financial scenario, and both times with their knowledge, we were able to utilize programs or financing that made sense.

I could just sense that Jeremy was genuine and cared for what I was trying to accomplish via my mortgage refinancing request. He has a very good temperament in dealing with challenges and keeping calm under fire. To top it all, Jeremy did not overpromise nor underdeliver. He was honest and upfront and yet I could sense his confidence to represent me well. Very likable and competent.
