This was by far the easiest and most pleasant experience refi. I never felt pressured at all.
My experience on refi is literally vultures chomping at the bit and hounding you with strong pressure to sign and sales pitches.
NONE of that with Primary!!

Very knowledgeable with the process, much easier with e-sign for documents, emails kept us updated for everything and signing/closing was close to our home and very quick. Everything worked out well especially the new interest rate!
